Payments

After each frame ships, you'll receive a fulfillment invoice by email. Pay that directly — nothing happens through this portal.

How fulfillment billing works Your customer pays you through your store as normal. Once we've shipped their frame, we'll send you a $180.25 invoice by email. You have 7 days to pay it. That's it — your profit is whatever you charged above $180.25.

Invoices are sent within 24 hours of each shipment. If this field is empty, we'll use your account email.

No invoices yet. After your first order ships, your earnings and invoice history will appear here.

Help & FAQ

Answers to everything you need to get started and keep going. If something isn't covered here, reach out at the bottom.

Getting Started

What do I need to do to go live?
Three things: add your frame as a product in your Shopify store, connect the Labyrinth webhook so orders reach us automatically, and upload your art via the Collection tab. Once those three are done, you're live. We handle everything after a customer buys.
How do I add the frame to my Shopify store?
Create a new product in Shopify, use the product title and description from your welcome email, upload the mockup images from your Mockup Pack, and set your price. That's your listing. Your welcome email has a step-by-step guide with the exact copy to paste in.
How do I connect the webhook?
In Shopify: go to Settings → Notifications → Webhooks → Add webhook. Set the event to "Order creation" and paste in your unique Labyrinth webhook URL (visible on your Dashboard). Once connected, place a $0 test order to confirm it's working — you'll see it appear in your order history here.
What price should I charge?
That's entirely up to you. Our fulfillment cost is fixed at $180.25 per frame — anything above that is your profit. Most partners price between $299 and $399. At $349 you keep $168.75 per sale. There's no ceiling; if your audience supports a higher price, go for it.

Orders & Fulfillment

What happens when someone buys from my store?
The order hits your Shopify store, your customer pays you directly, and the webhook sends us the order details automatically. We build the frame with your art loaded onto it, package it, and ship it directly to your collector. You don't need to do anything — the order will appear in your Orders tab here once it's received.
How long does it take to ship?
We aim to ship within 5–7 business days of receiving the order. Shipping times vary by location — US domestic is typically 3–5 days on top of that. You'll see the status update in your Orders tab as each order moves through production and ships.
A customer messaged me with a problem. What do I do?
Forward the message to partners@labyrinthart.io with your order number and we'll handle it. If it's a hardware issue, defect, or shipping damage, that's on us — we'll replace it at no cost to you. If a customer wants a refund for a non-defect reason, we'll work through it with you case by case.

Payments & Billing

How does Labyrinth charge me?
After each frame ships, we send you a $180.25 invoice by email. You pay that invoice directly — through PayPal, bank transfer, or whatever method we've agreed on. Nothing is charged automatically through this portal. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice.
When do I get paid?
You get paid the moment your customer checks out — that money goes straight to your Shopify store's payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) as normal. Labyrinth doesn't hold or process your customer revenue. We invoice you separately for fulfillment after the frame ships.
What happens if I can't pay an invoice?
Reach out to us before the 7-day window closes. We're not trying to create stress — if something comes up, we'll work out a timeline together. Just don't go quiet; communication is all we need.
Do I pay anything upfront?
No. There's no setup fee, no monthly cost, and no inventory to buy. Your first sale covers your first fulfillment invoice — so you're never out of pocket before revenue comes in.

Your Collection

How do I add new art to my frame?
Go to the Collection tab and upload your file. Files must be MP4 or MOV, 1920×1200px, between 30 and 60 seconds, seamlessly looping. We'll load it onto your frame within 48 hours and confirm by email when it's done.
Does adding new art update frames already sold?
No — frames already in collectors' hands are fixed at the collection they shipped with. New art is loaded onto frames for future orders. If you want to offer a new collection as a separate product, we can set that up with you.
How many pieces can I have in my collection?
We recommend 15–25 pieces for the best experience on the frame. Fewer than 15 and the rotation feels thin; more than 25 and individual pieces get less time on screen. There's no hard cap — if you have more you love, send them and we'll figure it out.
